1. How to get your invoice?

After purchasing, please do check your billing email especially at the end of the email where you can find how to get invoice and refund.

2. How to view and use the purchased redeem code?

After purchasing, visit the "Redeem Code Management" page to view the successfully purchased codes and their usage. On the right side of the unused redeem code record, click "Use" to redeem the membership.
